Our Process

Our trailer starts with the latest SolidWorks computer design software.  Every part is modeled virtually as part of the design process, so we can try out different ideas and check the fit and function of all parts before anything is manufactured.  When finalized, drawings and CAD files are sent to our suppliers who build to our specifications using CNC equipment.  In this way we can assure the best fit and quality of the parts we use.  Flying Fox assembles our trailers using solid quality materials such as 3/4" cabinet grade maple plywood, powder coated steel and thick 0.040" aluminum cladding.
